You are in an envious position for many peers at your age. It will be good if you can approach a qualified banker to assess your financial commitments and do an approval in principle to find out how much bank loan are you able to take before shortlisting of units. Should you require any introduction to bankers, feel free to contact me further.

Hi,

Buying a condo will need at least 8% cash upfront. Why 8%?

1st 5% must be in Cash.
Then stamp duty is 3% - $5,400.

So you can calculate the cash portion you need first. If you do not have these cash portion, chances are very difficult.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for a non-obligation discussion. Alternatively, we can also meet up at your convenient time and place.

Thank you & Best Regards
