If we sell our HDB flat, we should have 300K available in our CPF. On hand we can spare about 150K cash. Looking for condo (new or sub-sale units) around upper bukit timah or hillview areas. We are looking for a 3 bedroom unit and hopefully not smaller than our old HDB flat. Monthly CPF OA contribution is about $2500.
What options do we have?

Please advise.

Yes you can consider Kingsford Hillview Peak about 5 mins walk to Hillview MRT. TOP is expected 2017 and units have good greenery views and high ceilings.
