If we hv inform the landlord in the beginning that we were not be using their washing machine n refrigerator (kept away in storeroom), we been using our own washing machine n refrigerator for the past 4 years, (landlord did drop by the unit a few times, so she is aware that we did not use theirs) ,but, upon returning flats can they claim maintenance fees for these 2 items if they r not in perfect working condition after a long 4 yrs break (not in use) ?
