Hi,

I believe the property that you are buying is a HDB unit? OTP of 5k and COV of 5k has to be paid in cash. As for the remaining, it will depends on your CPF OA amount available, eligible loan amount and will also depends if you are taking bank or HDB loan.

Hi, you will need to pay a difference of $6000 in cash before completion date and plus $4000 to exercise the OTP.
