Hi Ms Jee Kim, If the building when purchased retains hold as strata title, then the MCST continues to exist, unless application is made to consolidate all the titles into a single title. It truly depends. I do not know the purpose of your query, as it is very technical, but it depends on the intention further down the road. If there is intention perhaps later on to sell off units in the condo - having retained the strata title structure and the MCST makes it easier later on. Hope that clarifies.
