If the main tenant is an EP, but has an occupant, a son above the age of 21 living with him and is on a social visit pass, which seems to expire 2 weeks after moving in, will this be on the agent to continually do the follow up or the landlord to do it? And if it’s even legal for the tenant to have an occupant on social visit pass? I wasn’t informed of the tenant situation until the tenancy agreement was prepared 3 weeks later…no documents were given. Under these circumstances, would it still be possible for me to continue with this tenancy agreement?

Hi,

I would be most glad to assist you further and please feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Have a good day ahead. By the way, it would be the landlord’s agent duty who is supposed to follow up on this case.
