Both landlord and tenant has to be agreeable on the extension of 2 months. Viewing can be done virtually through online media as my colleague has transacted a number of rental through this channel during this circuit breaker period too.

You and your landlord needs to come to an agreement on this. Currently I have 2 units one in Punggol and another one in Hougang where virtual viewing of the unit has been made.
