If tenant has been in Singapore for ten years and holding high position . Can tenant sign a 3 years lease if his employment pass is renewable every two years?

Hi you can sign a long lease if you are confident that you will be here for long. it is up to you if you want to park more deposit with landlord. for a 3 year lease, you have the diplomatic clause to protect you too when you leave after 2 years.

Hi,

Yes it is possible to even sign a lease longer than 3 years too.
