If say, I signed an LOI and paid for $xxxx to rent a house for two years, advertised as 3000sqft. I have signed the TA, but haven't forwarded it and the two months' deposit to owner's agent. Later, I found out that the area is only 1700sqft. Can I seek compensation? Thanks and regards.
