Upon fulfilling MoP, you will be eligible to purchase overseas property without the need to sell your current HDB unit.

Good evening SPR HDB owner,
you don't have to sell off your HDB if you are purchasing an overseas property.
SPR household has to sell off their HDB within 6 month if they are purchasing a private property.
