If my mum transfer her current HDB flat to my name, as joint tenants. (re: This flat has fully paid & fulfilled the MOP. Question :
1. Can I still able to buy private property or HDB ?
2. If I can buy private, can I use CPF to buy ? how many % ?
3.Do I still need to fulfill MOP before I can buy private?
4. If I buy private, it's consider a 2nd property & will subject very high buyer stamp duty, is it true ?

Evening Sharon,

According to my understanding, transferring of ownership to one of the existing owner due to divorce or deceased party, they are not required to fulfill the MOP requirement, provided they have fulfilled it prior such event. However, by adding new party into the ownership, the matter differ. Therefore, I doubt that you are eligible to purchase private property till you have fulfilled the new MOP requirement.
