If my mum transfer her current HDB flat to my name, as joint tenants. (re: This flat has fully paid & fulfilled the MOP. Question :
1. Can I still able to buy private property or HDB ?
2. If I can buy private, can I use CPF to buy ? how many % ?
3.Do I still need to fulfill MOP before I can buy private?
4. If I buy private, it's consider a 2nd property & will subject very high buyer stamp duty, is it true ?
