Hi Sir/Mdm,

Yes. Your parents will need to refund you back your CPF and is also subjected to basic stamp duty of approximately 3%. Why don't you consider selling off your HDB and purchase a 2rm or studio HDB for them?

Good afternoon,

Yes they have to refund you the CPF OA funds you had utilised in current flat and will be subject to stamp duties for the transfer of ownership. If they are unable to finance the transfer with CPF OA funds and/ or cash, they will have to able to take up a loan.

Probably you can share with me more on your intentions so I will be in a better position to advise you further.
