If my Condo MC decides to suddenly introduce Cost cutting measure in our condo, eg. reducing security, reduce daily cleaners etc. Can I refuse to pay my maintenance fee? As this cost cutting measures are not being introduce/recommended during our AGM to be voted on.

Hi Ms Sha Tan,
No. You have to pay the maintenance fees or you would be liable for any late fees or lawyer legal demand letter etc that wiill be imposed to you once your payment is overdue.
You can voice your disagreement at the next AGM and get likemind neighbours to propose to reinstate the preferred measures for enhancing your condo.
