Hi,
Thanks for your query. Once all 3 of you purchase a condo to stay in, the property tax for the HDB will be adjusted to "Non-Owner Occupied" and will tax under Residential Tax rates. This will be 10% of the Annual Value instead of the usual concessionary rates.
Do note that all 3 of you have to be SC and have met the MOP of 5 years before you can purchase 2nd property. ABSD rates will also apply according to your purchaser profile.
