If i've signed the LOI and paid the good fath deposit, but can't come to terms with the owner on some parts of the TA, what options do i have?

Hi,

Yes,there's term and clause to indicate should there's no agreement, good faith deposit should be returned with no interest. But you have to act fast. Should dispute happen, better to go Small Claims straight to save time.
