If I were to rent an apartment for two years at a rental of 4000, then who pays the commision to my broker - me or the landlord ?

Hi,
if you appointed the salesperson you need to pay agency fee, provided that the same salesperson is not appointed by the landlord. for more information please check www.cea.gov.sg
