I did purchase a new HDB flat on 1992 and sold it after 5 years, subsequently bought from re-sale market and now planning to sell it.
Resale levy only applies if you get your 2nd subsidized housing (BTO/EC with resale levy/resale hdb with grant). If your intention is just to sell this resale flat and not purchase any of the above, no levy will apply.

The great news for you is you do not have to pay any levy for the selling of your current HDB. Since you have already bought it for 10 years, then you would have fulfilled your Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years.
The issue that we need to look at will be your future plans after selling this house. As you have taken a brand new house from HDB before, so if you wish to purchase another new HDB flat, then you will be subjected to resale levy and the amount of the resale levy to pay will depend on the house you first bought in 1992.
