If I want to know the right market price $psf to pay for a condo, by looking at URA website's "Private Residential Property Transactions with Caveats Lodged", does the $psf give a good indication of the price I should pay?

Hi D,

The URA caveats lodge does not indicate a fair market price ($psf) for any units. It simply indicates what has already been transacted.

What are you concerns if I may ask.
