If I am the salesperson representing you, I'd have make it up front to let you know if you will be subjected to ay service or not prior to any house hunting. In your described situation, I will be charging you service fees of 1 month rental should you take up 2 years rental and half month rental fees if you take up 1 year lease. The final fees will be subjected to 7% GST.
