If I (SG citizen) sell off the 3rd property (pte EC) to upgrade to buy a resale EC of bigger unit, will I need to pay ABSD also?

Morning,

3rd property purchased by SC from 8th Dec 2011 are subjected to 3% ABSD. The purchase that was done prior that are considered as a bonus to you.
