If I purchase a Condo while still holding PR, assumed I have purchased the condo without any loan from bank, can I still keep the Condo once I no longer PR? Let say I can keep the condo, is there any procedure I need to go through to keep the condo? Like to update my resident status with IRAS things like that?

Hi Alan, yes you are able to still keep the condo even though you may have renounce your PR. As it is a private property and so it will be very different from HDB which you would not be able to. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi,

Even if you give up or change your PR status, you will still be able to keep the condo as there isn't any eligibility restriction for condo purchase. Foreigners can also purchase condos. Thanks and may I understand your housing requirements further so to value-add further?
