Hi Ms. Tan,

Once you sell your resale EC, you need to wait out 30 months before you can apply for BTO again. May I know what are your objectives and plans? Thanks and look forward to value add to your plans.

Hi Yen Yen,

Yes. You will need to serve out a 30 months window period before you will be eligible for BTO.

You may want to explore resale HDBs instead? Resale HDB are located at better locations and in a current buyer's market, buyers will have more bargaining power and are able to secure a good deal.

You need to wait for 30 months to apply for BTO, unless you opt to buy resale HDB (Without any waiting period upon existing property transacted).
