If I own a HDB (more than 10 years) and I have recently purchased a Pte. property which TOP 2014. Will I get affected by the new ruling and what is the problem. Pls advise, thank you.

Dear Foxy,

You won't be affected as you have met the MOP for HDB. When your condo has TOP, you may shift in to stay at your condo and rent out your HDB, with HDB approval.
