If i have an agent but i managed to get my own buyer to purchase my flat, will there be any kind of conflict, in terms of having signed the exclusivity with my agent?

Afternoon,

When you signed an exclusive with any salesperson but managed to close the deal on your own, your salesperson still have the rights to claim the commission payable from you.
