If I have a fully paid non-subsidised flat transferred to me, can I still use my cpf to pay for a resale flat that will be under my parents' name?

If the resale flat for my parents is less than 2km distance away from the transferred flat (to me), will I get a CPF top up grant?

Afternoon,

The only chance for someone to transfer their HDB to you is by means of WILL. You will inherit the unit if you fulfill the requirement set by HDB. You can only help your parents with payment on their unit, in terms of CPF, is by transferring your CPF monies into their account.
