If i have a few agents selling the house for me (signed a non-exclusive agreement with all of them), do I still need to pay any commission if I found a buyer on my own?

Hi, nope you do not need to pay any commission if you managed to find a buyer all by yourself. But you may want to pay an agent a small fee for completing the paper work on your behalf.

Hi, you only have to pay the agent fee during the exclusive period. The advantage of engaging an agent to assist you is it will save you all the trouble during the transaction. The representative agent will guide you all the way.

why do you need so many agents ?
you are making them advertise for you for free... and that's not all.

anyone looking to buy sees so many agents advertising your unit cant help but feel that you are desperate to sell.
