If i have a budget of around $650-$700k, wish to purchase not TOO far away from city(or at least near mrt if its far,since no car)hopefully at least 600sq ft, either freehold,999, or a 99 that is not more than 12 years old, resale not new launch,latest top beginning 2012, what are the possible options that i can look at?for living then investing in distant future
