Hi Mr Siu Pak, I would not even mention the management fee to property owner for start. The trust between 2 parties must be there, then the fee can be proposed by the property owner base on the conditions. It is how much trust and how committed this person can do for you. Hi Siu Pak, The usual management fees for a property is between 10-20% of the rental amount a month. I would not even suggest you to appoint a salesperson to take care of the rental monies for salesperson technically should not handle client's monies. Do appoint a trusted person as your Power of Attorney to handle these matters in terms of rental monies, while the managing of the property like taking care of its conditions and responding to repair requests can be done by a property management team.
