If I get 200k cash proceeds from the sale of my first HDB flat, and for my second BTO I don’t intend to take any loan. Must I still use 50% of the proceeds (100k) for my next HDB BTO? Also assuming my outstanding HDB loan for first BTO after selling is 50k, but currently I have 40k in my OA, can I use OA to pay for the outstanding? Consider the above, can I know how much total would I get to keep from the sales proceeds?
