if i buy an apt for 1 million, what kind of misc charges do i need to look at that is not part of the transaction for the apt value? Like stamp duty? laywer fees? agent fees? Did i miss anything? what kind of maintenance fees will i be looking at for a condo ?

Hi k

3% stamp duty cash upfront which will be reimbursed back to your cpf few months later.

Lawyer / legal fees fully subsidised by bank , if you taking a bank loan .

Maintenance fee varies from low $200 upwards depending on status / facilities of your condo.

Annual property tax.
