The stamp duties (BSD+ABSD) will be payable within 14 days of exercising S&P, hence its within 8 weeks of booking unit. The government has repeatedly mentioned it is premature to revise any cooling measures. Gem Residences 1 bedroom units are fully sold, you might want to consider other projects? By the way, last 1 bedder in Gem is looking at $775k. Care to share why are you looking at Gem?
