If i bought a resale hdb without housing grant, do i have to wait for MOP (5 years) before i apply to buy an EC as first time applicant?

Morning Popoye,

You are right, to be eligible as a first timer applicant, you should not have utilise any housing grant or buy any BTO directly from HDB.

When did you purchase your resale HDB? MOP might differs if you bought it few years back.
