Can I still buy EC without selling it? It is a condo in Philipine.

Hi Hansen,
If you are asking if you can buy HDB, if you had sold it 30 month ago then yes
If you can get 80% loan for the property you are intending to buy, also yes if you have good financial standing and not servicing any other property loan
