Hi,

The landlord would have to pay for the maintenance fee. As for furnishing, it very much depends. You may do it as partial/full furnished.

Feel free to contact me if you have further queries or need assistance with the rental of your unit.

Thank you.

Hi,

The maintenance fee is still payable by landlord. Whether to go for partially/fully furnished depends on tenant profile, hence I usually suggest to my landlords to keep what furniture they have there first, see the final requirements by their tenants and provide accordingly later if reasonable.

Thanks and may I assist with your renting plans? Hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

Warm Regards,

Hi, monthly maintenance is to be paid by landlord whereas the tenant is paying for the SP Services. It is always recommended to have your unit as empty as possible as some tenant may already have their own furniture and thus your unit would fit what they are looking at. And if tenant prefers fully furnished with bed and more items, then we could discuss and negotiate for more rental. Hope it makes sense to you and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance in renting out your unit.

Good afternoon landlord,

Maintenance fees will be borne by you and not the tenants.

I will recommend you to leave your unit as it is first and furnish the unit as per requested by the tenants. Save the hassle furnishing the unit while some tenants might not require fully furnished.

Hope my explanation helps!

If you need any assistance or advice on your property rental, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Hi,

Condo maintenance fee is payable by Landlord.

If you current condo is Vacant, i would suggest that you leave it as it is FIRST.

Prepare a small amount for furnishing.

Leave it as an option to be leased as Partial / Fully furnished.

However, if it is already furnished, Be prepared to remove some furniture. If removal is not an option for you, then advertised as Fully furnished.

Do note that Strictly Partial, or Strictly Fully furnished does limit your renters choices.

Do contact me if you need help with the rental, or simply if you need more info.

regards
