If I am interested to purchase an executive condo (EC) but my Fiancée (who is a PR) owns a private property in overseas, am I still eligible to purchase an EC? Is there any restriction like I can only buy an EC that is more than 5-10 years old? Thanks

you may not buy a new ec under fiance scheme. you however will not have problems buying privatised ec.
