Hi Cindy,

Both of you can purchase a resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme but not BTO directly from HDB.

And you are well eligible to rent a HDB as well.

Afternoon Cindy,

You ans your husband is eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. If your husband have not enjoyed any subsidized unit or taken any housing grant, he can utilize his single grant. This is however provided that your husband income ceiliing deos not exceed the HDB requirement.
