It does not matter if your condo is surrounded by newer condos. Older condos are often larger and cheaper per square foot. I can help you with that as there are some things you need to do internally like cleaning and painting.

Do not be overly concerned about the age of your property and the competition from new condos nearby. This is because the new and older condos attract a slightly different group of buyers as the newer ones are usually smaller in size and are less appealing to buyers who are looking for space.

Hi,

We have to look at different angles and focus on the stronger attributes of the property. The size of older properties tend to be larger, pricing more friendly and land size of the whole development tends to have more walking space and communal areas to walk around. They also have a shorter timeline since its a completed property which they can move in within 6 months to 1 year. There are different buyer audience who will appreciate older resale condos.
