Do not be overly concerned about the age of your property and the competition from new condos nearby. This is because the new and older condos attract a slightly different group of buyers as the newer ones are usually smaller in size and are less appealing to buyers who are looking for space.
To make the unit attractive for potential buyers, we will need to do some preparation works on the unit and also to ensure that the marketing plan is a comprehensive one.
