If a tenant resigns from his company and leaves Singapore permanently after 12 months tenancy, can he legally end the tenancy agreement by exercising Diplomatic Clause with 2 months notice in writing to the landlord?
( I am talking about a standard 2 years tenancy agreement including diplomatic clause.)
