Normally, in newer condos and apartments, the WHITE goods come as standard and they are normally considered as 'fixtures'. Then again, some weird sellers might remove them. So, do make sure you have an agent to assist you.

As a buyer, you would not pay any fees to your agent, normally. So, it is to your advantage to engage them.
