If a landlord had signed an exclusive with an ABC agent, after 3 days, landlord decided not to proceed with the exclusive, agent agreed and did not hand in the exclusive to the company. After one month later, the landlord rent out the property thru' another agent. Can the ABC agent collect commision from landlord ? Landlord did not recieve any exclusive document upon signing, the ABC agent also did not submit to his company to endorsed until the unit was rented out. That was one month later after the signing.
