If 2 people want to rent 1 condo unit, then rental fee should be rental amount for 1 person, or rental amount X 1.5 or
amount X 2? Can we ask for 2 times the rental amount since it is rental for 2 people. What is the common practice?

Good morning landlord,

rental is based on the market rate of the project/ surrounding projects, furnishing option, floor level, facing etc.

It is not dependent on the number of tenants you are getting.

Hope my explanation helps!

hi,

simply put, rental price is determined by a few factors, like the size of the premise, the number of rooms, etc.

NOT the number of renters.

A single renting a 1 bedroom condo unit pays the same as a COUPLE.

Hope my explanation helps

Hi,

Typical rent for a whole unit depends on the willing buyer willing seller principle but generally, it would be within a range of rent within that locality. Call me to discuss further.
