Do you mean that there are facilities for cats or do you mean landlords who are receptive to tenants with cats?
From my experience handling tenancy over the past couple of years especially recently, as long as tenant is able to be responsible in ensuring the conditions of the apartment do not deteriorate due to the pet, most landlords are fine. Most are usually concern about potential stench left behind in the apartment from irresponsible tenants.
