I'd like to buy a 2BR apartment for own stay in the next months but expect 10-15% cheaper than current market price. Interests incl. any condo that close to MRT stations, i.e., Bouna Vista, Clementi, Holland Village, Bukit Batok, Jurong East, Chinese Gdn, etc.
