I would to sell my 4A1 @ Hougang St 91, corner unit, low flr, lift level, renovated with modern contempory design, cosy and likeable by many people. However, currently I have tenants staying and I need to pay them compensation for terminating the tenancy agreement. But I am in very difficult financial position n can't afford to pay them. Is there any agent out there who willing to pay the compensation, then I will pay back upon getting my cash proceed.

Note: I really urgently want to sell my flat due to the raise of my bank loan interest. Intend to buy 5rm with HDB loan instead.
