I would like to transfer my house ownership to my spouse, which is currently under the joint-tenant status. Besides legal fees, do I have to pay stamp duty & other charges for this procedure? Thanks.

Morning Jeremy,

If you are referring to HDB unit, you are not allowed to transfer the ownership unless you are going through a divorce. For private property, you are eligible for the transfer. Valuation report have to be obtained. Legal and stamp fee will then be payable, based on the valuation pricing.
