I would like to sell my condo and buy another resale condo. How should I manage the timeline so that I will not be left 'homeless'?

p.s. I need the money from the sale of my current condo in order to fund the new purchase.

Your situation is not new and will never be an issue since it will boil down to the ability of the salesperson to negotiate the right terms and conditions for you. I have negotiated for extension of stay after the completion of sale for up to 6 months for my clients before as well as helped my buyer achieve earlier move in before completion too.

What you will probably need is an experienced salesperson to carry out this assignment.
