Nothing is impossible, some agents will even offer to do it for you for free. but remember at the end of the day, what is your aim for selling your unit? what is the kind of effort you want from the agent representing you. Lastly, what kind of integrity do you want from this agent. Lastly do drop me a call or e mail and let me share with you how to not pay a single cent comm with the right kind of strategies to achieve your aim.
