Hi Mr Tan,

Basically, there are no restrictions to the number of people who can stay in your landed property but of course there are some concerns which might not be very convenient for me to talk about it here in public.

Maybe you can drop me a call or sms and we can talk about this in more detail. Thanks.

Hi Tan,

Do you intend to rent out your property in terms of individual rooms or do you intend to rent out to certain tenants profile type?

The main concern I believe for owners will be that the tenants will take good care of the unit with the owner away.

Let me know your concerns. My team is currently marketing a few landed properties for rental in the east, therefore where possible, we can possibly swing the potential tenants to your unit available.

Please contact me further for discussion should you require any assistance.

Hi Mr Tan,

There are no restrictions.

But 2 things to take note,

You might consider the amount of wear and tear on your property due to the number of people that are staying in the property.

In the event that you rent it out to workers, you may face the wraith of your neighbors.

If there is anything that i can help you with.

Feel free to contact me.
