I would like to rent out my condo at Palm garden, 2 rooms, high floor, provate lift, any agent has ready tenant interested to rent Palm garden ?

Hi Neo,
It should not be a problem in attracting tenants for Palm Gardens, as long as the price is reasonable and condition is acceptable. I do have have tenants looking specifically at Palm Gardens but if there is an opportunity, perhaps I can bring in my existing tenants looking around to view the place?
