I would like to rent out my 1 room loft unit at The Rochester. Please advise what is the market rental rate. Partial renovated with lightings and curtains only. Do the owner include maintenance and util cost in the rental fee or it's tenant's responsibility?

I can advise you on the potential rental we can market in today's market.
As for maintenance & utility charges, it is up to the landlord. Will advise you in your favour if you contact me.
